Rough & Tumble

Brand · Retailer · Boutique

There is an inherent beauty in something made one at a time, and here at Rough and Tumble, there is the commitment to the extra effort that this entails. This unique signature mix of smart utility, archival form and curated materials marks an enduring vision of authentic, resolved, and trend free design. The Rough & Tumble collections emphasize a feeling of rugged & understated luxury. A statement of visual balance, clean architecture, and high function. There is an inherent beauty in something made one at a time. The Rough & Tumble design outpost was first housed in Natasha Durham's home, a 1929 church on a mountain in Maine. Over the years we have continued to expand our reach to include our Flagship Store in Portland, ME and our new design Studio in Brunswick, ME. Our commitment to producing our lines solely in Maine continues. We have sourced and trained our entire production team pulling from local talent. Today we are most grateful to our local and international supporters for helping revitalize rural Maine.
