Welcome to Lia de Lyon Art, a Pittsburgh-based small business bringing vibrant, handmade stickers, art prints, keychains, and more to your life! Founded by Lia de Lyon, our mission is to make art accessible, affordable, and personal, allowing everyone to add color and creativity to their spaces, gifts, or everyday essentials. Lia’s Story Lia has been an artist since she could hold a crayon, earning a reputation for her limitless creativity and bold use of color. Mentored by her childhood art teacher, Mrs. McDonald, Lia honed her skills, which still inspire her unique designs today. In 2016, while studying at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, a single painting posted on Facebook sparked her entrepreneurial journey. Three purchase offers later, Lia de Lyon Art was born, fueled by a passion to share her vision with the world. Lia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2018 and completed her Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) at the University of Pittsburgh in 2022. Balancing her roles as an artist and full-time Occupational Therapist at a Pittsburgh hospital, Lia creates art that evokes joy while helping her patients live independently. Her dual passions for art and advocacy shine through in every piece.
