The American Dream isn't just a story from our past; it's a living mission calling us to build, innovate, and invest in our nation's future. When I launched Zootility in 2012 with the PocketMonkey, it wasn't just about creating a handy multi-tool—it was about reigniting the spirit of American manufacturing and proving we can produce world-class products on our own soil. Our Story As a mechanical engineer with a vision, I set out to create functional everyday objects with innovative designs that solve real needs. Launching the PocketMonkey on Kickstarter, we were humbled by the overwhelming support—over 1,900 backers and $27,000 pledged in just 14 days. Since then, hundreds of thousands of our ultra-thin multi-tools have found homes in pockets across the nation and beyond. By keeping production in-house, we're investing in the stability and prosperity of our country. Every product from our 3,000 sq-ft shop in Westbrook, Maine, is a testament to what dedicated hands and creative minds can achieve together.
