Burlington, ONBrand · Paper goods

Early summer 2015, I decided to open my very own workspace. Over the years, it has evolved with me as I pursued new passions and interests. From vintage stationery and packaging to antiques and textiles, I’m always sourcing inspiration to bring a unique style to any project I complete. This space exists so I can share these passions with you. I specialize in bespoke wedding and event invitations, custom stationery, and handmade paper goods. My goal is to work with you to create custom pieces that are as practical and useful as they are beautiful. I'm here to help you bring your creative visions to life, all out of a cozy house in Burlington, Ontario. GRAPHIC DESIGNER | VINTAGE CURATOR Melissa Meyer is a self-employed designer with a Bachelor of Design from York University/Sheridan College (formerly YSDN). She gained her footing at a local studio tackling various creative projects, including branding, web design, product packaging and layout for businesses in the food & wine industry. Now focusing on printed materials and hand-made goods, she has developed her own visual language blending modern simplicity and classic vintage style. Her work has been featured in various online articles in the wedding industry, including WeddingWire Canada, EventSource, and WedLuxe Magazine. She is constantly inspired by found objects, often sourcing materials in flea markets, antique shops, and thrift stores around the GTA. Check out her latest projects here in the gallery or @utilityhouse on instagram.
