Tolani

Growing up in North India, designer Alka Tolani had the opportunity to travel extensively, exposing her to the rich customs and heritage of cultures all over the world. Throughout her many travels, Tolani was always on the lookout for the most splendid colors, cuisines, and of course – clothes.
Today, Tolani’s designs are teeming with motifs from the art she poured over, the
architecture that awed her, and the vivid brilliance of the world that continues to inspire her. Incorporating the tactile, from contemporary quilting to the centuries-old tradition of kantha, and blooming with innovative prints and vibrant blends of color, Tolani is the culmination of adventure and elegance – the marriage of modernity and tradition.
Known for its silk scarves and signature prints, Tolani has become a favorite amongst Hollywood's "it" girls. Celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Halle Berry, Jessica Alba, Mila Kunis, Selena Gomez, and many more have donned Tolani originals.
Leading always with Alka’s love for the planet’s natural beauty, Tolani has now
expanded to using recycled plant-based fabrics such as modal, cotton, viscose/bamboo, and cupro.
Tolani’s latest collection promises to be the most lively and distinctive yet, eclipsing the tired floral with pumped up pastels and daring mixed prints perfect for any garden party, picnic, or springtime stroll. This spring, take a step into Tolani!
