The Scrub Bar

La Plata, MDBrand · Body care

Doni | The Founder I’ve been in the beauty world since starting hair school at 15. Growing up in Southern Maryland, I became a Senior Cosmetologist and have owned my salon for over 17 years. Creativity has always been at the heart of my work, from mastering hair color to designing new ideas. The Scrub Bar began as a fun project with my kids after we discovered most store-bought bath bombs were full of unnecessary additives. I wanted something safer and more skin-friendly, so I started making my own and sharing them with friends — and my creative outlet quickly became a passion. For me, presentation matters as much as performance. Every product is made to be beautiful enough to gift alone or pair perfectly in a curated box. Today, each bath bomb, scrub, and lotion is handcrafted with the same care — blending quality, thoughtful design, and skin-loving ingredients to make self-care both indulgent and fun.
