Anastasia spent a decade in tech, often as the only woman in the room. She built companies, secured funding from Google and Peter Thiel, and served as Director of Product at Snapchat.
But behind the professional success, she was quietly battling PMDD—a severe form of PMS that affects mood, energy, and focus—making work, relationships, and everyday life feel impossible for two weeks every month.
That experience led Anastasia back to an ingredient from her childhood in Eastern Europe: sea buckthorn. Working with herbalists, she created The Cycle—a fruit-forward drink made with sea buckthorn and cold-brewed herbs, designed to be a comforting daily ritual.
More than a solution, The Cycle is meant to be genuinely enjoyed. Delicious and thoughtfully made by a woman who knows how much relief can make a difference—it’s a ritual you can feel good about every month.
