WHERE STORYTELLING MEETS LUXE HOME DECOR Before I designed acrylic frames and trays, I spent fifteen years as an Executive Producer in television, telling other people's stories. When I left television to raise my two kids, I traded a camera crew for a Canon and started capturing stories of my own, photographing my children and those of my friends. The photos piled up faster than I could frame them. I wanted the photos themselves to be the design. So I began creating acrylic home accessories, including frames, boxes, pen holders and trays, designed to showcase the people and moments that matter most. Instead of traditional custom framing, I incorporated magnets so photos could be added and changed easily, making each piece personal without having to be custom-made. Today, Tara Wilson Designs has grown to hundreds of pieces, including magnetic acrylic picture frames, photo boxes, trays, cocktail napkin holders, Mahjong accessories, ornaments, coasters, keychains and more. Each piece is made from substantial acrylic, with many featuring magnets that make them easy to personalize and change whenever inspiration strikes. A Christmas card, wedding invitation, baby announcement or child’s drawing can turn an everyday accessory into something personal. The line is made for the moments that don't belong in a drawer.
