Sticks Object Art & Furniture

Des Moines, IABrand · Retailer · Home goods shop

Sticks Object Art and Furniture was founded by Sarah Grant in 1992. We began our journey designing smaller items such as nativity sets, ornaments, and candlestick holders. Today, we continue to create original handmade designs including larger items such as dining sets, beds, and armoires – even art installations! Over the last 30+ years, we have received national acclaim for our distinctive line of furniture, home accessories, and object art. All pieces are finely crafted from birch, poplar and driftwood. Our Sticks Handmade line is designed with hand drawn imagery, wood-burned contouring, and vibrantly blended paint at our Des Moines, Iowa studio. Pieces can be embellished with 3D wood components, metal, leather, and fabric. This line is ever-evolving due to the imagination and expertise of our talented team of artists. In pursuit of expanding the accessibility of our distinctive designs, we proudly launched our printed line – Sincerely, Sticks – in 2017. The designs are created from original, Sticks Handmade artwork and printed in-house at our studio. We take pride in knowing that Sticks continues to be a brand not only recognized for its aesthetic, but also for its quality, craftsmanship, and durability.
