Rooted in the New Orleans crafting culture and the joy of hands-on making, every piece is a tiny celebration of creativity, community, and the playful, do-it-yourself heart of this city.
Rahya’s work is for those who live colorfully with a taste for the unique, the vibrant soul who loves to keep it minimal but never boring — one-of-a-kind, handcrafted treasures that keep your look fresh, fun, and all your own.
Each piece is dreamed up, crafted, and carefully finished by hand — with the highest standard of craftsmanship and a big dose of NOLA love.
At Rahya Jewelry Design, we believe in the beauty of slow crafting, supporting community, and keeping that neighborhood bodega feel alive online — a place where you can pop in anytime, find something special, and feel a little more connected.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Rahya’s roots are steeped in creativity and hands-on making. Her childhood was filled with art, ideas, and the hum of a household that believed in making things from scratch — thanks to a mom who designed buildings and a dad who could build just about anything.
She found her creative voice early on at NOCCA, New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, surrounded by other young artists who knew how to dream big and get their hands dirty. She honed her skills as a bench jeweler and earned her BFA in Metals and Jewelry from SCAD, Savannah College of Art and Design.
Rahya currently lives in New Orleans and designs in her home studio.
