Sarah Nathan has spent her career at the intersection of food, community, and Jewish culture — from running programming at the Chobani Incubator to helping produce the Great Big Jewish Food Fest, where she watched people light up over the full, vibrant diversity of Jewish food. That spark became a mission. She'd seen other founders beautifully reimagine their culture's food for a modern audience, and she knew Jewish comfort food deserved the same love. So she made the world's first instant matzo ball soup. Because her love language is feeding people, and now she has the ability to reach a world beyond her table.
