Morgan Conner is a self-taught perfumer, artist, and creative director who started MOCO with a few tools, a tiny studio, and a lot of curiosity.
What began as a post-grad creative experiment has evolved into an immersive practice creating bold, artful perfumes for those who dare to express themselves. Morgan still leads every part of MOCO today, from crafting each fragrance by hand in their Midwest studio to designing packaging and visuals, ensuring that every scent, every detail, and every presentation reflects a singular artistic vision.
MOCO is an independent fragrance and design studio rooted in art and storytelling. We treat perfume as an artistic medium... expressive, wearable, and daring. Every scent is created in-house, guided not by trends but by ideas, feelings, and the desire to make fragrance feel like art you live with.
Every scent begins with an impulse: a color, a texture, a memory, a strange thought that won’t let go. From there, I build stories in scent, formulas that unfold like paintings or poems. The result is fragrance as an artistic practice, something to live with, return to, and make your own.
