Lulu Designs Jewelry

Mill Valley, CABrand · Jewelry

Lulu Designs is rooted in an artist’s approach to making, where material and meaning are deeply intertwined. Founded by artist and designer Stacy King, the studio approaches jewelry as sculpture—guided by form, process, and symbolism. Each piece begins with an understanding of how material, form, and time shape the life of an object. With a background in ceramics, Stacy King transitioned naturally from clay to metal, bringing a sculptural understanding of surface, balance, and transformation to jewelry. Her practice is informed by botanical forms, textile patterns, and ancient design languages, working across bronze, silver, and gold through casting, fabrication, and finishing. Central to the studio is Stacy King’s creative partnership with Kristina Crotti, a master metalsmith and graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), whose technical fluency and sculptural precision bring depth and clarity to the work. Together, they collaborate closely with a skilled team of jewelers, shaping pieces that carry intention, craftsmanship, and enduring meaning.
