L'Isolina

Southampton, NYBrand · Food and drink

L’Isolina Pasta is made with delicious varieties of whole grain wheat, regeneratively grown and stone-milled locally by our partner farms on the East End of Long Island, who grow flavor-first varieties of wheat, and who farm the right way, prioritizing the health of the land and the community. Our pasta is the sum of all the decisions we make across the sourcing and production processes. We are obsessed with the pursuit of the perfect pasta, and every choice we make is with that purpose in mind. This results in quality you can see, taste, and feel. Pasta that will satisfy your mind body and soul, energizing the body, enchanting the palate and enlivening the spirit. Buon appetito...
