Jenna Grosfeld, the creator of Jenna Blake Jewelry, is anything but a minimalist. Her vintage-inspired collection of timeless pieces expresses her philosophy of more is more. Unafraid of color, Jenna plays with complimentary hues, bold shapes and textures. Her meticulously crafted pieces are meant to be layered to perfection, and reference both architecture and design.
Jenna has been making jewelry for 15 years, creating modernized renditions of classic designs which reference the past while bringing them into the 21st century. Long an avid collector of vintage pieces, Jenna has a special reverence for art deco, mid-century and French ‘40s designers such as Boucheron and René Boivin. She views jewelry with the same esteem as any other art medium.
Whether it’s a finely selected mix of jewelry, or a house that’s an explosion of art, texture and color, Jenna’s approach is clean, confident and fresh. She sees collecting as an art form, and her home is a virtual showcase for her extensive collections. The antithesis of trendy, Jenna creates pieces to be treasured, inspiring a personal collection that is both a reflection of the wearer, and worthy to be passed down from one generation to the next.
Jenna lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three children.
