I first made these towelettes for myself. I loved essential oils, but carrying little bottles and a damp cloth everywhere made them hard to use on the go. I wanted an easier way to bring that experience with me. In 1997, I began making the towelettes in my garage. I knew what a scent could do for me, but I couldn’t have imagined how much it would come to mean to other people. Over the years, customers have told me about using them in hospital rooms, at school, during lengthy travel, or in the middle of an ordinary day when they needed a lift. Some have been with us since the very beginning. People may first notice the beautiful scent. Then they discover what I’ve believed all along: essential oils can change how a moment feels. Nearly 30 years later, hearing what these little towelettes bring to people still astounds me. It’s why I keep making them.
