Our Farm…
From the Redwoods to the Hudson Valley
Five Finger Farms began on the Northern Coast of California where we were blessed with a prime environment to grow high quality medicinal herbs. Surrounded by natural beauty and pristine wilderness, we planted seeds and watched as they grew with the same wild tenacity. As we harvested, dried and sold these plants at market, we learned from them, and from our many customers, what personality they have and how we can use them to enrich our lives.
Over the years we have refined our farming and processing techniques to create products of world-class quality. Vibrant colors, rich flavors, delicate aromas - these and more we capture through our signature Plastic-Free drying and packaging process. Our techniques preserve the living character of our plants while also ensuring bacteria and fungi growth are halted. The result is a food-grade product that is visually stunning and long-lasting.
Our farm is now located in the Hudson River Valley, just south of the Kingston, NY. As we adapt to this new landscape we look forward to learning the new faces of wilderness that reside here. Our many flowers and herbs have already found their footing, and we look forward to sharing these many species with our new Local Community
