At Finding Home Farms, we believe that home should be a place of comfort, connection, and intention. From our farm in the Hudson Valley, we create goods that bring warmth to your table, meaning to your gatherings, and a sense of place to your home. We’re a family-owned business in the New York, where we tap our own trees and bottle pure, organic maple syrup in our Sugarhouse. What started as a seasonal tradition has grown into a year-round commitment to quality—from our organic maple sryrup and soy candles to the curated goods in our café and market. Made with Purpose, Shared with Heart We make and choose every item with purpose. Our pantry staples are crafted to bring real flavor and a sense of comfort to everyday meals. Our soy candles are clean-burning and thoughtfully scented. And we prioritize American-made goods to support local makers and stay connected to the process. What Sets Us Apart ✔ Real Ingredients & Craftsmanship – Just honest, small-batch products made with integrity. ✔ Rooted in Tradition – Our family has been sugaring for generations. Now we’re sharing it with you. ✔ Made in the USA –We believe in staying close to the process—supporting local partners and making things with care, every step of the way. More Than Products—A Way of Living The best moments usually happen in the everyday—sharing breakfast, sitting down to dinner, or giving a simple gift that means something. Our goal is to make it easier to bring those moments to life with products that are well-made, useful, and rooted in tradition. Welcome to Finding Home Farms. We're so glad you're here.
