We created The Embodied Mama because we wanted a space where the full journey of motherhood is honored as sacred. A space that holds the complexity, the beauty, and the challenges of being a mama.
This is a community where mamas feel supported and resourced—not just to survive, but to meet the fullness of their experience. To mother in ways that don’t require abandoning themselves, but instead, invite them to bring all of who they are into their mothering.
