DESERT BORN. We started with a simple question: what's growing in our own backyard & why aren’t we using it more? The Coachella Valley grows world-class dates. Sonora grows chiltepins that turn red as they dry in the sun. Through travel and curiosity, we found good regional food, but little made with real intention. So we started innovating with local ingredients. Dates pitted, dehydrated, ground and blended with spices. Chiltepins hand-picked and sun-dried. Food from one particular corner of the desert, made to be enjoyed everywhere.
