DAX began in 2019 when Channing — a hairstylist, wife, and never-without-sunnies kind of mom — noticed a pattern: every designer pair she bought pulled her hair, broke too easily, or cost more than they were worth. Her clients complained about the same thing. Real life wasn’t gentle, and sunglasses weren’t keeping up.
Instead of settling, she envisioned something better: stylish, affordable shades that actually worked for everyday women.
