Bali Queen

Encinitas, CABrand · Clothing

Bali Queen is a lifestyle resort wear brand brought to you from the travels of a mother-daughter duo, who value the give back. Founded in 2010 after a soul searching trip to Bali, Eileen and Shannon's travels gave inspiration to how they could create a brand of their own. The vision of Bali Queen began out of a tiny garage a stone's throw away from the beach in Encinitas, California. Inspired by sun, surf and booking the next adventure to Bali, we committed to growing the brand by showing beach boutiques our line at trade shows all over the United States. From beach & lifestyle shows in Orlando, FL to energetic Las Vegas Market weeks, Bali Queen has made a substantial footprint in the Beach & Resort Wear industry. It is our guarantee that each garment and jewelry piece is handmade with a purpose by the artisans who have become like family to us. Each garment purchased is creating jobs where women can work out of their homes while taking care of their families. Our staff pride themselves on providing quality products that are created out of the efforts of sustainability. As the seasons change, we are on the next flight to Bali to bring you our curated designs for your customer planning their next tropical getaway. Our success is the island's success. In 2022 after the economic impact of Covid-19, we purchased a rice field to provide jobs on the land that was scheduled to be taken by their government due to lack of dues. The rice field has created jobs not only for the hard working women who create our beautiful garments, but for ALL villagers in the community. Our tiny garage still remains in Encinitas California, but we have knocked down walls to expand our distribution, opening 9 retail locations in Southern California since 2013. Our pride is in our hardworking team who love our brand and value building everlasting relationships with our customers. At Bali Queen, we are family.
