August Morgan

Brand · Retailer · Paper goods

August Morgan masters the coupling of irreverence with elegance. Founded by Kate Hersch, the brand is known for classic yet fun styles that allow you to go about your day in confidence. What started with Kate’s obsession with vintage needlepoint pillows has evolved into a budding enterprise of cocktail napkins, women’s apparel and more. Over ten years ago, August Morgan actually began as a pillow company. Kate “rescued” vintage needlepoint and crewel works and repurposed them into one-of-a-kind pillows sold at fine boutiques including Barneys NY. Kate saw an opportunity to take the mantra of these beloved pillows and create embroidered cocktail napkins at a more approachable price point. The collection has grown to include over sixty designs and has been featured in Vogue and Town & Country. Women's Apparel Effortless & Polished Today, the company also designs women’s apparel. August Morgan’s easy, throw on dresses leave you looking effortlessly polished and are the daily go-tos for women across the country. In everything August Morgan creates, they keep in mind the customer that loves to mix glamor with humor and enjoys a good drink. Cheers!
