ALOHAS
Barcelona, SpainBrand
Alohas is a Barcelona-based footwear brand founded in 2016.
Driven by the belief that fashion should be done differently, our production model is based on an on-demand model. The result is durable pieces, mainly handcrafted by local suppliers, that blend seasonless designs with today's context.
Good things take time.
We believe everything has its own timing. And while some things are urgent, fashion isn't one of them. Even if trends say otherwise.
Following this philosophy, we developed our own production model: one with a different, slower rhythm.
How does it work? We launch small drops on demand, and production starts once we know how each product performs and how demand is expected to evolve. This way, we make sure that everything we produce is truly wanted, avoiding unnecessary stock and waste.
What does this mean for you? When you shop on demand, your order will take around two months to arrive.
Phew. We know.
Waiting takes some getting used to, especially when immediacy has become the norm. This is why we offer 30% off during each launch phase: to reward those intentional, conscious shopping decisions.
CRAFTSMANSHIP AT ITS CORE.
The art and skill of creating pieces that embody mastery, durability, and authenticity.
CONSCIOUS PRODUCTION.
A made-to-order production model designed to reduce overproduction and waste.
CONSCIOUS CONSUMPTION.
A mindful approach to consumption that considers the impact of our choices and encourages fewer, better-quality purchases.
Our mission is to change the way people consume fashion by offering unique, high-quality everyday pieces, crafted on demand through conscious design, production, and consumption.
By reversing the traditional production model, it’s the purchasing decisions of our customers, along with our own forecasts, that determine how much we need to produce. This way, we make sure to create only what we know for certain is truly wanted.
