Twirls + Twigs

Valley Village, CABrand · Retailer · Gift shop

Once upon a time, I was designing children's clothes from leftover luxury fabrics in a sunny LA studio. My eco-friendly brand, Twirls + Twigs, grew into an internationally sold line, carried by Barneys, Saks, and over 1,500 boutiques worldwide. I lived and breathed creativity, storytelling, and trend-spotting — and built a multimillion-dollar business from pure passion and purpose. Then the world shifted. And so did I. In 2021, I took everything I’d learned — the design eye, the retail instincts, the joy of creating connection — and reopened Twirls + Twigs as a brick-and-mortar gift store in Valley Village, CA. What started as a tiny shop of curated treasures has since become a go-to destination in Los Angeles, named one of the Top Gift Stores by the LA Times. Here’s what we’re about: gratitude with a wink. Sentimentality with a smirk. Heartfelt gifts that don’t take themselves too seriously. Whether it's a cheeky candle, a Valley-themed mug, or a custom box of joy — we believe in celebrating life, supporting local makers (especially women-owned brands), and helping people say “I love you” or “I saw this and thought of you” in the most delightfully unexpected ways. Twirls + Twigs is where snark meets soul. It’s retail therapy for people with great taste and a great sense of humor. It’s also where I get to do what I love most: connect, curate, create, and champion small businesses.
