Asian flavors reimagined Moshi started with a simple question: If every great dish deserves the perfect pairing, why should that experience be limited to alcohol - Especially alongside Asian cuisine? As a chef, our founder saw firsthand how every ingredient on the plate is carefully considered—yet the non-alcoholic beverage menu often stopped at conventional soda, water, or tea. He set out to create drinks that could stand alongside ramen, sushi, hot pot, and BBQ with the same level of care. The result is a collection of chef-created beverages and snacks inspired by Asian flavors, made with premium ingredients sourced from their origin, and crafted to make every meal a little more memorable.
