Sugar Loaf, NYBrand · Retailer · Gift shop

Founded in 2014 by artist and illustrator Kat Parrella, Merrily is about creating connection with kindness and laughter. Our charming 250 year-old cottage in the heart of Sugar Loaf, New York is home to the design studio of Merrily Paper™, Kat’s own brand of greeting cards and products. Funny, loving, sweet, or cheeky - there's something for everyone in the fun style that Kat creates. Wanting to create a relaxing and inviting space for shopping, gifting, and creating, Kat opened the Merrily shop in October 2015. Here you’ll step into a light and peaceful space full of thoughtfully curated gift and self-care items, all carefully chosen by Kat and sourced from independent makers and creative artisans around the country and the world. At Merrily you'll find a space that is a treat for all your senses, where we encourage you to relax, laugh, and unwind. “This is my happy place”, reads the sign above Kat’s desk. We hope it is yours too.
