Shout and About

Los Angeles, CARetailer · Gift shop

Tamara and Russell Houghten opened Shout and About in Los Angeles’s Echo Park in 2015 because their neighborhood needed a welcoming place for distinctive, affordable gifts. They later brought the shop’s independent-maker selection to Carlsbad and Encinitas.
